Zido Pendragon

Mine's not looking quite as good as the one displayed here. Is there an extra step I'm missing? No red eyes, the edges are all rounded and lower quality textures.

Anyone know how to bypass the polygon limit now? Followed a guide that involved opening a file in notepad but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
